Main Goals, Keywords

The main research interests of the group is theoretical neuroinformatics: Questions like information representation, computation in biological systems, and the application of the gained insights for solving technological problems lie at the center of our interests. The theory of dynamical systems, information theory and statistical physics form the theoretical basis of our research.
