Description
My PhD Thesis is about top-down attention modelling in a cocktail party scenario. After my PhD work, , I would really like to go on investigating and modeling human perceptual processes, analyzing more in depth the various aspects involved, also under other points of view. In particular, I am interested in auditory perception and in the way attention influences it and, especially, processing of speech. I am also interested in the role of emotions and acquired predispositions in human acoustic scene analysis.
